Shipping & Tracking
MY TRACKING NUMBER DON'T WORK, WHAT HAPPEN?
- If your tracking number entered shows that it is currently unavailable, do not be alarmed. Your order has been shipped out & delivery status should update soon, the transport company are in charge of updating all the information about the tracking. We can not do anything in that information. We use 2 different companies for transport, one for international shipping and when the package arrives in the country of destination we use the local company of your country. Until the company of your destination does not accept the package your order probably will appear as created but not entered in their system because still not process in their local offices.
Tracking numbers will often only begin to become active when the item has arrived in the country of delivery.
HOW LONG WILL MY ITEM TAKE TO ARRIVE? ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME FROM COUNTRIES AND TRANSPORT COMPANIES:
- USA & Canada (USPS & Canada Post)
Standard Free Shipping takes 1½ -4 Weeks for delivery (Estimated time, Depends of Customs and Mail company).
- U.K & Europe (Royal Mail, La poste, Envialia, PostNL...)
Standard Free Shipping takes 1½ -3 Weeks for delivery Estimated time, Depends of Customs and Mail company).
- AUSTRALIA & New Zealand (Australia Post & New Zealand Post)
Standard Free Shipping takes 1½ -4 Weeks for delivery ( Estimated time, Depends of Customs and Mail company).
- Others Countries (Singapore Post, SF, 4PX...)
